In reply to Jessica todd. Hi Jessica - just use one of the pressure cooking settings without the lid on. The Power Pressure Cooker XL recommends using the chicken button. Enjoy!

That looks so good-perfect for this cold blustery day. I’ve finally gotten Bob to eat sweet potatoes in small quantities….and since there’s bacon and cheese in this too? I have a feeling he’s gonna really enjoy it.
