I was going to use a smaller bundt pan. I’ll try a little less time & see what happens. Thanks.

With a 3 cup bundt pan my guess is 2/3’s of the time, about 16 minutes. Let me know if you give it a try.

Hi Heather – I haven’t tried making a half recipe, but I assume it would need less time. Would you still use a bundt pan and just not fill it as full? It should freeze well if you want to make it as written and freeze half for later.

Thanks Karen! You can either let everyone pull off a bite and eat it (which is kind of fun), or use a serving fork to pull apart bites and put them on a plate. I like to eat monkey bread with my fingers but you could use a fork and knife if you didn’t want sticky fingers.

I’ve never made a monkey bread before.  How do you serve it? Slice it or does everyone use their hands to grab a piece (which sounds messy)?  Thank you for the recipe.
