In reply to Veronica Nunez. Hi Veronica - you can't set the Keep Warm setting for a certain amount of time. It will start counting up as soon as the pressure cook time ends. You just keep an eye on it and when it counts up to 30 minutes, release the pressure. Although, 30 minutes of natural pressure release is not critical and the pressure may release sooner (the float valve will drop when the pressure has dissipated).

My recipe says that the keep warm feature should be kept on for 30 minutes but the keep warm feature does not allow me to add time to the screen. I don’t want to ruin my roast. Please help!

Receiving the code Er r6. Have had it almost a year. Who do I contact? Email and telephone number would be wonderful. Just all of a sudden the stupid error code starts blinking and beeping at me till I push the cancel button. I’m bummed

In reply to Erik. Hi Erik - the 8 quart Instant Pot inner pot works in my 8 quart Mealthy pot, so I assume the 6 quart inner pots are interchangeable as well.

I have two 6-qt. Mealthy multipots; my second one was purchased last November. Both have detachable cords. Also, even though the Keep Warm button is lit, the feature only kicks on when the food reaches a temp of 140-145 degrees, so it does not turn on right away.
