Thanks Thom – glad you enjoyed the recipe. Good point, if the Brussels Sprouts are larger than those pictured, you will need to add extra time or cut the in half before quartering. I’m sorry, I haven’t tried this recipe with frozen Brussels Sprouts.

I think that the only thing to mention is the size of the brussels sprouts to use. I found that large brussels sprouts, even cut into quarters, require twice the cooking time. Eight minutes leaves these quite crunchy and not quite edible. I wound up cooking an extra eight minutes and the brussels sprouts came out perfectly.
The recipe seasonings were perfect. The dried cranberries added a delicate taste to the mix. The shredded cheese made the final product perfect.
If I can find smaller fresh brussels sprouts I will attempt this recipe again.

p.s. If using frozen sprouts what considerations need to be taken?
